Delete Your Account

HighBlock App is provided by HighBlock Securities Limited. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.

How to delete

    Email us from your registered address at [email protected] with the subject “Account Deletion Request”.

  2. 02

    Include your registered name and registered mobile number so that we can verify your identity.

  3. 03

    We complete the deletion after verification and confirm by email. Deletion cannot be undone.

If a questionnaire is in progress or a matter is unresolved, we will explain the handling during verification.

What is deleted and what is retained

Deleted

  • Account details: name, phone, email, correspondence address
  • Investment preferences and questionnaire answers
  • App usage and device data

Retained 7 years

  • Client identification and identity records
  • Anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing records
  • Assessment, consultation and communication records

Retention runs from account closure; records are destroyed or anonymised afterwards and used only to meet legal obligations.
